The approval process can vary, but will usually take 1-3 days.

Upfront costs will be $50 per applicant 18 years of age or older, a $200 administrative fee, and a security deposit of $500.00 - up to 1 month of rent.

First-time renters should consider the following: your rental budget typically should be below 30% of your gross income, think about what your specific must haves are for your apartment, walk the community and apartment, ask what utilities might be included (or not), ask about the application process and be sure to read your lease.

We offer many ways to pay your rent, including online and in-person.

You may pay your rent online after you set up your resident account.

Yes, $30 for valet trash service and a flat rate fee for water based on your apartment size ($20/mo for 1 bedroom, $25/mo for 2 bedroom). If you have a pet, there is a $10 fee per pet per month, with a 2 pet per household limit.

Yes, you are required to have renters insurance.

There are no utilities included in rent.

The leasing office will provide the contact information to establish all utilities at the time of application approval.

AT&T is the internet and cable provider for our community.

Friends and family make the best neighbors! We offer resident referrals. Please contact the leasing office for more details.

Any guests staying more than 7 days consecutively must have management's written consent and guests cannot stay more than 14 days in any one month period. Guests are not permitted to park in gated parking area.

No, we do not provide rent discounts for paying in advance.

Transferring between communities will require a new deposit, as the original deposit will apply to any final move out deductions.

No, subletting is not permitted.

Termination fees are based on the apartment rent. A 60 day written notice is required as well as a termination fee equal to two months of rent.

Our community has a 24-hour fitness center. Restricted hours on all other amenities including swimming pool and business center. We also have a grilling area and electric car charging station.

The pool area is available from 9:00am - 8:00pm.

Gated parking is for resident use only on a first available basis. Overflow parking is available on Maxwell Boulevard.

All of our apartment homes are equipped with a washer and dryer.

Yes, we love your furry friends. We allow up to two pets per apartments. Breed restrictions will apply.

There is a one time non refundable pet fee of $300 ($500 for 2 pets) and a monthly pet rent of $10 per pet.

No, we do not have a dog park onsite. However, Wright Brothers Park is located across the street.

We offer the following energy efficient appliances: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, range, and washer and dryer.

Yes - we can make any apartment home furnished, contact our leasing office for more details on corporate suite options.

We offer leases between 7-14 months.

Yes, we offer concierge package acceptance with a convenient package tracking app.

The fitness center is open 24-hours.

We offer state of the art fitness equipment including treadmills, ellipticals , bicycle, strength training equipment, free weights and plenty of room for circuit training.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am.

No, there are no fees for using communal spaces.

Our community is convenient to both Interstate corridors. Exiting from I65N take Exit 172 towards Herron Street. At the intersection, turn left onto Holt Street, then turn right on Maxwell Blvd.

The nearest cross street to our community is N. Holt Street.

Yes, Montgomery Area Transit System has a bus stop located at the corner of Maxwell Boulevard and Holt Street.

All apartment homes are made ready with a thorough maintenance inspection including any needed repairs, professional paint job, professional housekeeping service, and professional carpet clean.

You can place a maintance request online or you can call the leasing office to submit a request via phone.

Maintenance requests are handled within a 48-hour time period and emergencies take priority.

No, you do not have to be home, as maintenance will enter to ensure your request is completed in a timely manner.

During business hours, you may come to the office with your Identification to get access to your home. After hours, you would need to contact a locksmith.

We allow reasonable decorations and ask that you refer to the lease for additional information.
